Beans iD Student Discount Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Beans iD Student Discount Program ("Program") is open to students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university within the United States. The discount is valid for eligible students who have successfully verified their student status through the Beans iD platform.

2. Verification Process
   To participate in the Program, students must complete the verification process through Beans iD. Verification requires students to provide valid proof of enrollment, such as a student ID or other acceptable documents as outlined by Beans iD. Only once the student’s status has been confirmed will the discount be applied.

3. Discount Offer
   Verified students are eligible for a 30% discount on regular-priced items only. The discount does not apply to sale rack or final sale items and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

4. Usage
   Verified students can use the discount multiple times as long as their student status remains active and verified through Beans iD. The discount is non-transferable and must be used solely by the verified student.

5. Duration
   The discount is valid for the duration of the student's enrollment or until Beans iD or Blackbough Swim terminates the Program. Beans iD reserves the right to periodically verify the student’s status and may revoke the discount at any time if fraudulent or expired information is detected.

6. Exclusions
   The discount cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases and may not be valid during certain promotional periods or for specific products, as indicated by Blackbough Swim.

7. Modifications and Termination
   Blackbough Swim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website or through Beans iD.

8. Limitations
   The discount is provided "as is" without any warranty, either express or implied. Blackbough Swim is not responsible for any technical errors in the Beans iD verification process or any losses resulting from the misuse of the discount.
