Terms & Conditions:

• Available for US residents only, the winner must be 21 years or older to participate.
• Promo period: Orders placed between October 28 to November 4, 2024, with a minimum spend of $120 from the Lucky Girl collection to qualify for the raffle.
• One raffle ticket per qualifying order.
• This prize is non-transferable—we want to give back to our Blackbough community!
• Blackbough Swim covers the listed prizes. Transportation, accommodation, or expenses are not included.
• The winner will be selected randomly and contacted via email provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, Blackbough Swim reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• By entering the raffle, you agree to allow Blackbough Swim to use your name, likeness, and any photos/videos related to your prize for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
• Blackbough Swim is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes to the event outside of our control. No compensation will be provided if the event is rescheduled or canceled.
• Blackbough Swim is not liable for any damages, incidents, or security issues that may occur at the venue or during the event.
