Your Blackbough Bucks and reward codes are valid for one year from issuance.
Blackbough Bucks are only for you and can only be used for rewards purposes.
You will not get rewarded Bucks for your birthday this year if it is within 30 days of your register date.
You will be given the option to manually add the item from our rewards widget (the one with the present icon). Alternatively, you can find the products from the store and add them to your cart. The rewards are simply discount codes or gift cards which will be emailed to you. Afterwards, you can then use them to make the items free.
No. Because items are already discounted during special promotions or sales on the website, discount codes are not eligible for use then.
Points cannot be issued retroactively, so we cannot issue you points for purchases you made before the launch of the rewards program.

We currently can't retroactively award you Bucks for actions done before, but good news is that you're all set and ready to earn!
