EXCHANGE POLICY

UNDER THE PHILIPPINE CONSUMER ACT, BLACKBOUGH SWIMWEAR does not accept exchanges of bikini bottoms for hygienic purposes.

PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO E-MAIL US FOR SIZING INQUIRIES TO ENSURE CORRECT BOTTOM SIZES AT ALOHA@BLACKBOUGHSWIM.COM 

BLACKBOUGH SWIMWEAR believes that getting the right swimwear top fit could be as tricky. We are happy to grant exchanges for your new swimwear top that may not fit perfectly for the first time for another size, style or color. 

BLACKBOUGH SWIMWEAR does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.

 
For all exchanges within Philippines, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of receiving the item.  All international exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt. 
Exchange requests outside of these grace periods will not be accepted

Please note:

  • We offer returns for store credit only. Shipping is non refundable. 
  • We do not offer refunds for non-defective products.
  • All discounted items are final.
  • All return items must be unused and undamaged with its original hang tag and sanitary strip.
  • All returns are at the cost of the buyer. All returns that require new swimwear to be posted for change of size or style will all incur an additional charge to cover XEND / INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY re-posting your swimwear. We are NOT responsible for your postage costs. We also reserve the right to refuse a sale

    To begin the exchange process, please email us at alohablackbough@gmail.com for an approved return authorisation.

    Upon returning your suit, please ensure you enclose the following items with your return;

    • Your enclosed bikini must remain unsoiled, unworn and with tags intact, including packaging
    • We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or wash. 

    We offer a limited warranty on our products.  If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at alohablackbough@gmail.com

    Once we have received your merchandise, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition with sanitary pads and swing tags still attached. Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.
