Does Black Bough deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver worldwide to most countries for a flat rate of $13 USD for Standard International Shipping and $25-30 Express Shipping.

We send all Standard International parcels via Xend Express International Courier, and all Express Shipping parcels via DHL USA/Fedex IE.

What size should I order?

We understand that it can be difficult to figure out which size to order. For this reason we have created a universal size guide for you to view HERE. If you have a specific sizing question, please reach out at alohablackbough@gmail.com via e-mail so we can assist you further.

Why do prices change at checkout?

Our website allows you to view our prices in various different currencies. You can select your currency by clicking the drop down located at the top right hand corner of our website. 

Please note, all transactions are processed in USD. The prices you see on our product pages and in your cart will be in currency of your choice. However, at checkout our system converts all prices to back to USD. Please be assured that you will be charged in your currency exactly as per the amount shown on the product pages.

Where do I enter a discount code?

If paying using our integrated checkout: The discount code is entered at the very end of the check out process. Once shipping and payment details have been entered, you will be able to enter the code. 

If paying with Paypal: The discount code is entered at the very end of the check out process. Once shipping and payment details have been entered with Paypal, you will be redirected back to our site, where you will be able to enter the code. Don't worry, you will not be charged until you have had the chance to enter the discount code and the discount has been applied to the total of your order.

What payment methods does Blackbough accept?

We accept online payments through our integrated checkout via Paypal. We also accept credit card payments over the phone or by way of bank transfer only for our locals. To arrange payment via credit card over the phone or bank transfer, please email alohablackbough@gmail.com and we will happily assist you. 

What is Blackbough’s return policy?

Black Bough is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for exchange - the choice is yours. This is our satisfaction guarantee. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page.

Is it safe to purchase from the online store?

Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.           

How do I return my item?

To return an item, simply email us at alohablackbough@gmail.com so we can allocate you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide you with a return shipping address. Then all you have to do is ship it back to us. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase to be replaced, repaired or refunded. 

The tracking link that was sent to me has not been updated in a while. Is anything wrong? (e.g. "Awaiting response from local postal agent", etc.)

For Standard International shipments, our local courier passes on your package to your regional postal service (USPS for NA orders, Postnord/SingPost for EU and Asia) to arrive at your country.
The original tracking link we sent you provides an international tracking number that you can use to track your order more accurately once it it is with USPS/PostNord/SingPost.
